Mambo meaning in Kiswahili
Mambo ni habari kuhusu suala au tukio fulani.
Mfano: Mambo yenu yamenishinda.
Mambo pia ni kipande cha mti kinachopigiliwa ardhini ili kuweka alama maalumu kama katika kuchimba msingi wa nyumba. – Kisawe cha maana hii ni kigingi, kwa English inaitwa “peg”.

Mambo in English ina maana kadhaa kulingana na muktadha. Hapa kuna tafsiri za kawaida:
Things, affairs: Mambo inaweza kurejelea matukio ya jumla au hali. Kwa mfano, “mambo ya nyumbani” (things at home)
Greetings: Sawa na “habari,” “mambo vipi?” or “mambo yakoje?” inaweza kutumika kama salamu kumuuliza mtu anaendeleaje.
